About TimeBack Bookkeeping

Most bookkeepers understand numbers. I understand business — because I've run one.

Before starting TimeBack Bookkeeping, I owned and operated a small business retail store for five years, managing the day-to-day realities that every small business owner knows: cash flow, vendors, payroll, and the constant pressure of keeping the books accurate while running everything else. I didn't just use QuickBooks — I depended on it. During those same five years I earned my MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. After five years I sold the store at a profit and set out to do something I'm both skilled at and deeply passionate about — helping other small business owners succeed.

That experience is the difference. When I look at your books, I'm not just seeing transactions. I'm seeing your business.

What working with me looks like:

Your books receive weekly attention — every transaction categorized, every dollar accounted for. By the end of the first week of each new month, all accounts are fully reconciled so your Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and financial reports always reflect accurate, current information. No backlogs. No surprises at tax time.

I respond to all emails and calls within 24 hours — usually sooner. When you have a question, you'll get a real answer from someone who understands what you're dealing with.

And when you want a second set of eyes on a business decision, I'm happy to offer insights and recommendations. I'm not here to just close the books — I want to be a resource you actually use.

The whole point:

As a business owner, you have enough on your plate. Let me take bookkeeping completely off it — and give you your time back to grow your business, or simply spend more of it with the people who matter most.

That's why this company is called TimeBack.
