For businesses less than one year old

1% of gross monthly sales

(minimum $99/month)

You're building something great — let's make sure your books reflect that from day one. This plan is designed specifically for new business owners who want clean, organized financials as their foundation for growth.

  • Monthly bank and credit card reconciliation

  • Monthly Profit & Loss statement

  • Tax-ready books for your CPA

  • Email & Phone support

  • QuickBooks Online Training and Coaching

Requirements: Dedicated business checking account, dedicated business credit card, QuickBooks Online subscription, fewer than 100 combined transactions per month. Business must be less than a year old and gross less than $20,000/month at start of subscription.

Available for 12 months. After that, you'll graduate to the plan that fits where you've grown.

Small Business Essentials

For established sole proprietors and LLCs

  • Up to 300 combined transactions/month

  • Up to 10 employees — payroll reconciliation

  • Dedicated bookkeeper

Cleanups and one-time projects Every cleanup is different, so we'll agree on a flat project fee before any work begins — one that reflects the scope of the job and fits your budget. You'll know exactly what you're paying before I touch a single transaction.
